The hotel was cool, clean. The rooms were extremely spacious and had down pillows. The setting was quite great and brilliant within easy reach of Sky Promenade. There were a convenience store and convenience stores around the venue. Truly enjoyed flexible check-in and late check-out.

The location is best possible and quiet, minutes from a metro station. You could walk to shopping centers and a central market. The hotel rooms are tastefully decorated and brand-new with all necessary amenities including the smart phone very common nowadays and the smart phone, as example.

The breakfast was excellent with scrambled eggs and sausages, with a huge variety of delicious options. Welcoming personnel at the reception desk and kept the hotel clean. The setting was awesome, very close to the main railway station and about 4-5 restaurants.

Excellent facilities and delicious and enjoyable breakfast with scrambled eggs and local specialties, as for instance. Central location, not too far away from Aichi Prefectural Library.

Service-oriented, very efficient staff, ideal location right by the castle as well as skyline unforgettable. Also, exzellent in the restaurant. Well-equipped and a nice size room, large bathroom with bidet. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice.

The hotel of choice in Nagoya. The venue was clean, reasonably spacious. Location right by subways, JR line and shopping mall, and shopping mall. For shots visit Lamb Meat Bar, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Great location and convenience! We loved the fact that the hotel is connected to the underground path to Nagoya station, making it super easy to access. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and shops along the way. The hotel also offers a luggage toll service, which was a lifesaver for us.
The amenities in the onsen room were a bit lacking. We were disappointed to find that there were only a hairdryer and towel provided.
